The Raleigh location 101 Mobility is excellent. After installing a scooter lift for a van, we noticed a substantial rattle. Took it back in and installer rode with me to analyze and fix the problem. Raleigh location is under new management and the new owner keeps his word and follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied. Initial installation of lift took a little longer than expected due to missing part from manufacturer. A few weeks later I received a Visa Gift card and apology from the sales rep. This medical provider realizes that people with disabilities & their caregivers need solutions not more problems.

From sales to installation everyone we dealt with was pleasant and did their job well.
We really like the stair lift, it is everything we expected if not more. It looks good and works very well.
Josh did a good install on our stair lift. First quote was high but they negotiated to better price. Not sure why first quote was much higher. After I said I was going to look around all of a sudden quote dropped 2k. Just be aware of that.
Installation tech was very nice and helpful. He made a suggestion that improved the finished product and returned to replace a part that did not fit right on the same day. The product is well designed and functional.
Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson and installation technicians. We ran into a minor problem at installation that required extra time and a solution was offered on the spot at no extra cost. Stair chair functioning well so far.
It has only been approximately a week since the stair lifts were installed. Everything seems to be just fine.
The installers were very polite and finished as they said they would do in a timely manor. At this time I would recommend them for the proficiency of the company. However, the salesman that made the presentation of the lifts did not ever call back to see if I was pleased with the product before I called their office to order or follow thru after installation. As a company owner myself we always followed thru to make sure everything was to their satisfaction and to keep the relationship of customer to supplier going on. Also to recommend us for future sales. Customers were our salary and the core of our business.
Keith Warlick, 101 Mobility, was professional, creative, and knowledgeable in assessing and recommending needs for ADA compliant entrance ramp and strategic placement of grab bars in the home of our family member, a recent amputee. He offered additional tips about where to look for other needed devices, accessories, etc. to make our family member's homecoming safe. The three men who did the installation work were respectful, courteous, and focused on their tasks. Mr. Warlick was prompt in responding to any questions we had during the planning/ decision-making time. He worked with us around scheduling the inside house installations the day our family member came home so that he could participate in these decisions.
We highly recommend 101 Mobility.
This company stands behind their services and products, and respond quickly if there is ever a problem. They were very good at deciding which products would work out the best and where the best locations are for installations.
We have been customers of 101 Mobility for many years, under both owners. We have always gotten someone to listen to us, brainstormed with us, and help within not just a reasonable time, but record time. They have met us in our garage, in a parking lot, and have helped us from Raleigh when we had a huge breakdown with our lift while in New Jersey 2 years ago. I cannot say enough about Mike Spears and his employees. There is something very special about people who provide services to the disabled and Mike and his Crew are the very best at it.
Keith responded to my online inquiry immediately. He was prompt to schedule a visit to our home and was compassionate to our needs and knowledgable about the assistance we needed. The process was pretty easy. I suppose everyone who needs your services needs them in a hurry! The only thing that would have made it easier would have been if I had known about your buyback policy on the ramp. I was costing lease vs. outright sale, but was worried about what to do with the ramp when we no longer need it. Your buyback/dismantlement policy was the clincher!
I like the way you are careful to maintain our privacy. Having a "stair chair" is something new for us, and we are gradually starting to use it. Only a few friends know about this, and we often walk around it. I assume, with the passage of time, we will grow dependent on it and use the "stair chair" more frequently and will then be able to recommend it to friends with a climbing disability.
You did a great job, start to finish. Even after the fact, there was great customer service.
I did not know that if the cab was not balanced that the gate would not open (the first time I crawled over) and then I did not hold the up/down button long enough after the click. So, yes I panicked and thought that there was a problem with the lift. You responded very quickly - thank you. A little more education would be helpful.

I was very impressed with your company starting with Allison who found a way to work me into a tight schedule when I explained our time crunch. My experience with your technician, Josh, was also very positive. He showed up on time and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. I received my estimate from Mike the same day, even though my appointment didn't end until 4pm. I found all three employees to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My overall experience was outstanding. I rarely take the time to complete a survey or provide a review, but this level of service warranted it. :)
I contacted 101 at the suggestion of my Occuptional Therapist. Keith helped me study all the options for home accessibility and select the one best suited to my needs. I was able to review how the finished product would look with Keith's library of photos of prior installations. Detailed drawings were provided for all the options along with pluses and minuses of each option. The platform installed is very sturdy and modified to have space for garage refrigerator, allowing easy access (without going up and down steps to laundry room). Wheelchair lift elevator was installed in only a few hours and is very easy to use. I'm very satisfied with products and services and would highly recommend them.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that we had the chance to use the lift for my brother over the weekend. The lift worked great, we had one before when he lived in Arlington, Va. and this model is a lot more stable and doesn’t vibrate like the old one did.
