The Raleigh location 101 Mobility is excellent. After installing a scooter lift for a van, we noticed a substantial rattle. Took it back in and installer rode with me to analyze and fix the problem. Raleigh location is under new management and the new owner keeps his word and follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied. Initial installation of lift took a little longer than expected due to missing part from manufacturer. A few weeks later I received a Visa Gift card and apology from the sales rep. This medical provider realizes that people with disabilities & their caregivers need solutions not more problems.

The process was pretty easy. I suppose everyone who needs your services needs them in a hurry! The only thing that would have made it easier would have been if I had known about your buyback policy on the ramp. I was costing lease vs. outright sale, but was worried about what to do with the ramp when we no longer need it. Your buyback/dismantlement policy was the clincher!
Tech showed up on time and was polite and professional. Also, Mike seems to have researched my problem with the manufacturer and is committed to getting my lift repaired .
I like the way you are careful to maintain our privacy. Having a "stair chair" is something new for us, and we are gradually starting to use it. Only a few friends know about this, and we often walk around it. I assume, with the passage of time, we will grow dependent on it and use the "stair chair" more frequently and will then be able to recommend it to friends with a climbing disability.
You did a great job, start to finish. Even after the fact, there was great customer service.
I did not know that if the cab was not balanced that the gate would not open (the first time I crawled over) and then I did not hold the up/down button long enough after the click. So, yes I panicked and thought that there was a problem with the lift. You responded very quickly - thank you. A little more education would be helpful.

I was very impressed with your company starting with Allison who found a way to work me into a tight schedule when I explained our time crunch. My experience with your technician, Josh, was also very positive. He showed up on time and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. I received my estimate from Mike the same day, even though my appointment didn't end until 4pm. I found all three employees to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My overall experience was outstanding. I rarely take the time to complete a survey or provide a review, but this level of service warranted it. :)
I contacted 101 at the suggestion of my Occuptional Therapist. Keith helped me study all the options for home accessibility and select the one best suited to my needs. I was able to review how the finished product would look with Keith's library of photos of prior installations. Detailed drawings were provided for all the options along with pluses and minuses of each option. The platform installed is very sturdy and modified to have space for garage refrigerator, allowing easy access (without going up and down steps to laundry room). Wheelchair lift elevator was installed in only a few hours and is very easy to use. I'm very satisfied with products and services and would highly recommend them.
Mike and Keith were prompt to responded to our request. Once we agreed to rent the ramp for our mom, they installed the ramp within 2 business days. It looks great and meets our needs.

Dealing with Keith Warlock was very easy. He came out to the house and provided me with a quote to have a handicap ramp built for my wife after she was in a car accident. 101 mobility solved my problem: my home lift works again. The 101 mobility staff is wonderful - technically competent and very personable. And the service cost was reasonable too.
The team members were all very professional and understood our profound need for a stair lift for my 90 year old mother who is not able to climb steps. There were several installation issues which they had to resolve and made three trips to our home to complete the project. We are so grateful for their diligence and determination to make it work. They recognized our need and we are grateful for this mobility assistance which has made a major difference in all our lives. The Bruno unit is efficient and easy to operate. 101 Mobility was a great company to work with. They were the first company to call me back and schedule an appointment when I was calling around looking for quotes. I worked with Keith and he was wonderful to work with and helped to facilitate us getting the stairlift put in for my daughter as soon as possible. The install went very smoothly and we are very happy with the Bruno product.
My Bruno Chariot lift is a life saver. If I didn't have it I could never leave home. The service has been first rate from 101 Mobility. I will continue to use them in the future.
They can and will come to the house and/or meet you where you are if there is a problem. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, willing to do what it takes to fix the problem. Their products are good.
Needed a stairlift for my Mom, called and spoke hehe with Keith Warlick and he worked with my builder to get access to the home during construction. Did measurements and made recommendations. Ordered and had the installation done on move-in day. The technicians that came out to do the install were great. The instructions on the use of the lift were great. They went over the operation of the chair lift several times with my Mom until she was able to operate it.
Since I just had my stairlift installed Monday, March 6, 2017, its too soon to evaluate its quality. So far the lift is working fine and it blends in well with my interior. The installation was well done.
Mike Spears and his staff rocks! They have a sense of urgency in helping you, and follow up and communication is awesome. I am happy to recommend his excellent service.
What I liked was the personal service - when the staff thought there was a concern they contacted me directly to make sure there was not a problem and if there was - they were interested in making sure all was okay. The service was great - there was not problem but I certainly did appreciate their attentiveness and their professionalism.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that we had the chance to use the lift for my brother over the weekend. The lift worked great, we had one before when he lived in Arlington, Va. and this model is a lot more stable and doesn’t vibrate like the old one did.
